This policy covers the Feet Square Realtors team workspace at crm.thefeetsquare.com. It is an internal tool for our own team: only people the company has given an account can sign in.
What we collect
- Google sign-in: your name and email address, as Google shares them. The email is matched against the team list; anyone not on it is turned away.
- Your account: name, email, role, and a password if you set one (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form).
- Work records: the property enquiries the team handles (customer name, phone number, project, and source such as 99acres or Facebook), call notes, follow-up times, bookings and commission records.
- Security records: when you signed in, from what kind of device, and failed sign-in attempts, to keep accounts safe.
- Phone alerts: if you turn on notifications, your browser's notification address, so the app can send you work alerts.
How we use it
Only to run the team's work: sharing enquiries with callers, reminders and alerts, reports, and commission. We do not sell any data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
The workspace runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data for us. Copies of the company's records are also kept in the company's own Google account (Google Sheets and Drive) as backups. All connections use HTTPS.
How long we keep it
Work records are company records and are kept as long as the business needs them. When someone leaves, the admin closes their account and their access ends at once; sign-in records are cleared after a few weeks.
Your choices
Team members can ask the admin to correct their details or close their account. Customers whose enquiry we hold can ask us to correct or delete it.
