These terms cover the Feet Square Realtors team workspace at crm.thefeetsquare.com. By signing in you agree to them.

Who may use it

Only members of the Feet Square Realtors team, with an account the company's admin has given them. Accounts are personal: do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.

The data belongs to the company

Enquiries, customer details, notes and commission records are the company's confidential records. Use them only for the company's work. Do not copy, export or pass them on to anyone outside the team, during or after your time with us.

Access

The admin can change or close an account at any time, for example when someone leaves the team. Work done in the workspace is recorded so that the team can see who did what.

The service

We work to keep the workspace available and correct, but it is provided as it is, and it may change or be briefly unavailable while it is improved.
